This study is testing a three-drug combination — QL1706 (an immunotherapy drug), chidamide (a drug that changes how cancer genes are expressed), and the chemotherapy combination AG (gemcitabine + nab-paclitaxel) — as a first-line treatment for patients with metastatic pancreatic cancer (cancer that has spread beyond the pancreas). **You may be eligible if...** - You are between 18 and 75 years old - You have a confirmed diagnosis of metastatic pancreatic cancer (stage IV) - You have not previously received any anti-cancer treatment for this cancer - You have at least one measurable tumor and are in good overall health (ECOG 0-1) - Your blood counts and organ function meet required thresholds **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have received prior cancer treatments for pancreatic cancer - You have significant organ dysfunction (heart, liver, kidneys) - You are pregnant or breastfeeding - You have an autoimmune disease that could be worsened by immunotherapy Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
