This study is comparing two approaches to managing patients with HER2-positive breast cancer who are taking a drug called pyrotinib: a smart digital patient management system (using smartphone reminders, monitoring, and alerts) versus standard in-person care. The goal is to see whether the digital system improves how consistently patients take their medication. **You may be eligible if...** - You are a woman aged 18 or older - You have been diagnosed with HER2-positive breast cancer - Your treatment plan includes pyrotinib (for neoadjuvant, metastatic, or unresectable disease) - You have had at most 1 prior anti-HER2 treatment for advanced/metastatic disease - You are able to use a mobile phone and read independently **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have cognitive impairment or severe vision/hearing problems - You have taken pyrotinib before - You are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to conceive - You have received another clinical trial drug within the past month Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
