This study is collecting biological samples (such as blood or urine) from healthy women with ovaries in order to study digital and molecular markers that may one day help predict ovarian cancer risk earlier. This is a research study — no treatment is being tested. **You may be eligible if...** - You are a healthy adult woman with ovaries - You have no prior cancer diagnosis or treatment - You are not currently using hormone replacement therapy (HRT) - You have not taken antibiotics in the past month - You do not carry high-risk genetic mutations for ovarian cancer - Your genetic status for relevant mutations is known **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You carry gene mutations linked to ovarian cancer (such as BRCA1, BRCA2, BRIP1, PALB2, or Lynch syndrome genes) - Your genetic testing results are unknown or missing - You have had a prior cancer diagnosis or cancer treatment - You currently use hormone replacement therapy - You have used antibiotics in the past month Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
