This study is testing a minimally invasive lung tumor treatment called transbronchial microwave ablation (MWA), where a thin tube is guided through the airways to deliver heat energy that destroys the tumor from the inside — an alternative for patients who cannot have surgery or radiation. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 or older - You have an early-stage primary lung cancer (stage IA, tumor ≤3 cm, no spread to lymph nodes) OR a metastatic lung tumor (primary cancer was already treated and removed) - Your doctor has confirmed the procedure is feasible through bronchoscopy - You are unsuitable for surgery and radiation, or you have declined those options **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have cancer spread widely throughout both lungs - You have lymph node or distant spread of cancer (unless already treated) - You have a pacemaker or cannot tolerate a bronchoscopy - You have severe lung function problems, uncontrolled bleeding, or a platelet count that is too low - You are pregnant or breastfeeding - You have received radiation to the target area within the past 6 months Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
