This study is testing whether phone-based reminders and encouragement can help more people complete take-home bowel cancer screening tests (stool tests) in a regional health area in Portugal. **You may be eligible if...** - You are registered as a patient at the ULS of Barcelos/Esposende in Portugal - You are between 50 and 74 years old - You have no symptoms like unexplained weight loss or digestive problems - You have never been diagnosed with colorectal cancer - You do not have inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn's or ulcerative colitis) - You have no close family members diagnosed with bowel cancer before age 60 - You have not done a stool test in the past 11 months or a colonoscopy in the past 24 months **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You did not receive the screening kit at home - You do not have a phone number on file - You are unable to consent or complete the screening due to physical or mental health reasons Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
