This study surveys patients who have completed a pulmonary rehabilitation (PR) program in Turkey, as well as the healthcare coordinators who run these programs, to understand patient satisfaction and how program structure affects outcomes for people with lung conditions like COPD, asthma, and bronchiectasis. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 or older with a diagnosed respiratory condition (e.g., COPD, asthma, bronchiectasis, or interstitial lung disease) - You have already completed a structured pulmonary rehabilitation program in Turkey - You are willing and able to complete an online satisfaction survey - OR you are a PR program coordinator at a healthcare institution in Turkey willing to complete an institutional survey **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You are still actively enrolled in a pulmonary rehabilitation program (only completed cases are included) - You cannot complete the questionnaire due to cognitive or language barriers without caregiver support - Your PR program is informal or has no designated team structure (for coordinators) Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
