This study is testing whether combining two mental training techniques — visualizing movements in your mind (motor imagery) and watching videos of those movements being performed (action observation) — can help female breast cancer survivors improve physical function, reduce pain, and recover strength or movement in their arm after completing cancer treatment. **You may be eligible if...** - You are a woman over 18 who has had breast cancer - You have finished all active treatments, including surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation - You have pain, limited range of motion, or lymphedema (fluid-related swelling) in the arm on the affected side **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You are male - You are still actively receiving cancer treatment (chemotherapy, radiation, or surgery) - You have another type of cancer, cancer recurrence, or cancer that has spread (metastatic disease) Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
