Telehealth Collaborative Care Model (CoCM) in Lung Cancer

This study is testing whether a telehealth (video or phone-based) mental health care model can effectively support lung cancer patients dealing with depression or anxiety during their treatment or survivorship. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 or older - You are currently receiving lung cancer treatment or follow-up care at Penn Medicine Thoracic Oncology - Your oncology team has referred you for mental health support (such as for depression or anxiety) **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You are already receiving mental health therapy outside of Penn Medicine's collaborative care program - You have a serious untreated psychiatric condition (such as schizophrenia) or active thoughts of harming yourself or others - You have another active cancer being treated at the same time Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
