Safety and Efficacy of Metabolically Armed Tumor-lnfiltrating Lymphocytes (Meta10-TIL) for the Treatment of Advanced Solid Tumors

This study is testing a new type of immune cell therapy called Meta10-TIL (tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes that have been metabolically enhanced) for people with advanced solid tumors, particularly cervical cancer and other hard-to-treat cancers. These are the patient's own immune cells that are removed, enhanced in a lab, and then put back into the body to fight cancer. **You may be eligible if:** - You are between 18 and 70 years old - You have a confirmed advanced solid tumor (especially recurrent or metastatic cervical cancer) - You have already received at least one prior line of treatment - You have not had more than 3 prior systemic therapies - Your cancer cannot be cured by surgery or radiation **You may NOT be eligible if:** - You have not yet received any prior treatment - You have had more than 3 prior systemic therapies - You have serious organ problems that would make this treatment unsafe - You have active autoimmune disease or serious infections Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
