A Study of Dostarlimab in Combination With Carboplatin-paclitaxel in Chinese Participants With Primary Advanced or Recurrent Endometrial Cancer (EC)

This study is testing a combination of dostarlimab (an immunotherapy drug) with standard chemotherapy (carboplatin and paclitaxel) in Chinese patients with advanced or recurrent endometrial (uterine) cancer that has a specific genetic feature: defective mismatch repair (dMMR) or high microsatellite instability (MSI-H). **You may be eligible if:** - You have advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer confirmed by biopsy - Your tumor tests positive for dMMR or MSI-H (a genetic marker tested at a central lab) - You have Stage III or IV endometrial cancer, or your cancer has come back - You have not yet received systemic (whole-body) treatment for endometrial cancer - You have at least one measurable tumor on imaging **You may NOT be eligible if:** - Your tumor does not have the dMMR/MSI-H genetic feature - You have already received chemotherapy or other systemic treatment for endometrial cancer - You have serious organ problems or other conditions that make this treatment unsafe Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
