Conditions

Summary

The goal of this observational study is to develop an innovative, comprehensive, and explainable AI vision-language foundation model (VLM) to advance the diagnosis and interpretation of brain diseases using multi-modal data. We will include patient demographics, medical imaging data (such as MRI, CT, and PET scans), histopathological data, genomic data when available, and other necessary laboratory examinations and tests to establish a screening and diagnostic model for brain diseases.

Eligibility

Plain Language Summary

Simplified for easier understanding

This study is building and testing an AI model that can analyze brain MRI scans along with other medical information to help diagnose brain diseases — including brain tumors and other neurological conditions. **You may be eligible if...** - You are a patient with a diagnosed or suspected brain disease (including brain tumors confirmed by pathology) - Your medical records and brain MRI data are complete - OR you are a patient without brain disease but have complete brain MRI data and no prior brain surgery or conditions that would distort MRI images **You may NOT be eligible if...** - Your MRI scans are incomplete, heavily distorted, or have significant image artifacts that make them unreadable Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
