A Bidirectional Observational Clinical Study of NAIC in the Treatment of Tumor Regression Patterns in LA-OSCC and LA-OPSCC

This study is observing patients with locally advanced mouth or throat cancer (oral or oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma) who are receiving neoadjuvant anti-tumor immunotherapy combined with chemotherapy (NAIC) before surgery. The goal is to understand how well this approach works and identify who benefits most. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18–80 years old - You have been diagnosed with advanced-stage (T3-T4) squamous cell carcinoma of the mouth or oropharynx (throat) - You have not had any prior cancer treatments - Your blood counts, liver function, and kidney function are within acceptable ranges **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have had another cancer before, or are currently being treated for another cancer - Your blood counts, liver, or kidney function are too low - You have severe heart or other organ problems making treatment unsafe Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
