Efficacy of Neoadjuvant Immunotherapy in Patients With Lung Cancer

This study is reviewing patient records to understand how well immunotherapy given before lung cancer surgery (called neoadjuvant immunotherapy) actually works in real-world patients. Researchers are looking at scans, treatment histories, and outcomes to identify who responds best. **You may be eligible if...** - You are between 18 and 79 years old - You have lung cancer and received at least two rounds of immunotherapy before surgery - You were in excellent health at the time of treatment (ECOG performance status of 0) - You have complete medical records including imaging scans **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have or are suspected to have an active autoimmune disease - Your lung cancer has certain genetic mutations (EGFR or ALK) - You are pregnant or breastfeeding - You had prior chemotherapy or radiation for your cancer - You have had an organ or stem cell transplant - You have serious lung disease, uncontrolled diabetes, or uncontrolled high blood pressure Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
