This multicenter database study is collecting long-term clinical data on patients who have been diagnosed with solid pseudopapillary neoplasm of the pancreas (SPN), a rare and generally low-grade pancreatic tumor that tends to affect younger women. The goal is to better understand outcomes and treatment patterns for this uncommon cancer. **You may be eligible if...** - You have been diagnosed with a pathologically or cytologically confirmed solid pseudopapillary neoplasm of the pancreas - You are willing to be followed up over time as part of the registry - There are no restrictions on age, gender, or physical condition **You may NOT be eligible if...** - Your lesion is not a true neoplasm (e.g., a cyst or inflammatory mass) - Your tumor originated from a different organ, not the pancreas - You are unable or unwilling to comply with follow-up requirements Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
