Systemic Chemotherapy With FOLFOX Plus Atezolizumab & Bevacizumab for Patients With Advanced HCC Who Previously Received Atezolizumab & Bevacizumab

This trial is testing a combination chemotherapy regimen (FOLFOX) alongside two immune and anti-blood vessel drugs (atezolizumab and bevacizumab) for people with advanced liver cancer who previously received atezolizumab and bevacizumab as first-line treatment but whose cancer has since progressed. **You may be eligible if...** - You have been diagnosed with hepatocellular carcinoma (liver cancer) and have at least one measurable tumor - Your cancer has progressed after receiving atezolizumab plus bevacizumab as your only prior systemic treatment - Your liver function is classified as Child-Pugh class A (or you have no cirrhosis) - Your general health is rated 0–2 on the ECOG scale (you can care for yourself and are up and about more than half the day) - Your blood counts and other lab values meet the required thresholds - Your cancer cannot be treated with surgery, ablation, or other curative approaches **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have received any other systemic cancer treatments beyond atezolizumab and bevacizumab - Your liver function is severely impaired (Child-Pugh B or C) - Your blood counts or organ function do not meet the required levels Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
