Animated Video and Associated Pain and Anxiety Reduction, Following Pin Removal Post-supracondylar Fracture Fixation

This study is testing whether watching a cartoon or animated video can reduce pain and anxiety in children who need to have surgical pins (wires) removed from their elbow after a fracture repair. **You may be eligible if...** - Your child had surgery to fix a broken elbow (supracondylar fracture) with pins - Your child is between 4 and 12 years old - The pin removal procedure will be done while your child is awake (not under general anesthesia) **You may NOT be eligible if...** - Your child has a genetic syndrome or complex medical condition - Your child has a visual or cognitive (thinking/learning) disability - Your child had complications before or after the surgery, before pin removal Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
