Surgery for Locally Unresectable Pancreatic Cancer

This study is investigating whether surgery can be performed on patients with locally advanced pancreatic cancer — cancer that was initially deemed inoperable — after they have received chemotherapy that shrank or stabilized the tumor. The goal is to determine whether surgery after chemotherapy leads to better outcomes. **You may be eligible if...** - You are over 18 years old with a confirmed diagnosis of pancreatic adenocarcinoma - Your cancer was initially considered locally advanced and unresectable (LAPC stage per NCCN criteria) - You have completed at least 4 months of chemotherapy and your cancer has stabilized or partially responded - A multidisciplinary team has determined you are now eligible for surgery **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have not completed adequate prior chemotherapy - Your cancer has features that still make surgery unsafe or impossible - You have serious other medical conditions that prevent surgery - You have a different cancer type than pancreatic adenocarcinoma Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
