CAR19-BCMA Dual-target CAR-T in the Treatment of Relapsed / Refractory Multiple Myeloma

This study tests a dual-target CAR-T cell therapy that attacks both CD19 and BCMA proteins on myeloma cells in patients with relapsed or treatment-resistant multiple myeloma. It aims to overcome resistance that sometimes develops when only a single target is used. **You may be eligible if...** - You are between 18 and 70 years old - You have relapsed or treatment-resistant multiple myeloma - Your myeloma cells test positive for BCMA and/or CD19 - You have already received at least one prior treatment including standard myeloma drugs - Your heart, liver, kidney, and lung function meet the required levels - Your doctors estimate you have at least 3 months to live **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You are pregnant or breastfeeding - You have severe heart failure or significant lung disease - You have another active cancer - You have an uncontrolled serious infection - You have a severe autoimmune condition or immune deficiency - You have active hepatitis B or C, HIV, or syphilis - You previously received CAR-T cell therapy or other gene-modified cell treatments - You had a donor stem cell transplant and still have graft-versus-host disease within the past month Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
