Cryoablation Combined With the Dual-Function Antibody PD-1/CTLA-4 for the Treatment of LAPC Following Failure of First-Line AG Therapy

This study tests whether combining cryoablation — a procedure that freezes and destroys tumor tissue — with a dual-function immune checkpoint antibody (blocking both PD-1 and CTLA-4, two proteins that normally suppress the immune system) can improve outcomes for people with locally advanced pancreatic cancer that has failed standard chemotherapy.
