This study is testing whether a blended food tube feed — made partly from real foods rather than standard formula alone — is well-tolerated and acceptable for people who are tube-fed through a gastrostomy (a tube directly into the stomach) as part of managing disease-related malnutrition. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 1 year or older (children from 1–15 or adults 15+) - You require at least one bolus tube feed per day in addition to your regular tube feed or blended diet - You are already stable on your current tube feeding regimen - You are fed through a gastrostomy (stomach tube) only **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have a nasal or jejunal (small intestine) tube - You are on total parenteral nutrition (intravenous feeding) - You have a known allergy to any of the feed ingredients - You have significant kidney or liver problems - You have a bowel obstruction or paralytic ileus - You are under 1 year of age Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
