This study is using ultrasound to measure certain features of the airway in pregnant women, including those with normal blood pressure and those with pre-eclampsia (high blood pressure during pregnancy). The goal is to improve how doctors assess breathing safety before procedures requiring anaesthesia. **You may be eligible if...** - You are a pregnant woman (normotensive or with pre-eclampsia) at or beyond 32 weeks of pregnancy - You are a non-pregnant woman of childbearing age - Your height is 150 cm or taller - Your BMI is 30 kg/m² or below **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You are less than 32 weeks pregnant - You have eclampsia (a severe complication of high blood pressure in pregnancy) - Your height is under 150 cm or your BMI is above 30 - You have other conditions that make airway management difficult (such as neck swelling, facial deformity, or prominent teeth) Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
