Italian Group of Regenerative and Occlusive Worldwide-used Techniques of Hepatic Hypertrophy

This study is comparing different surgical techniques used to help the liver grow larger before a major liver surgery. When a patient needs part of their liver removed due to a tumor, sometimes the remaining portion is too small to sustain life — so doctors use special procedures to stimulate liver growth beforehand. This registry is tracking outcomes across different methods to find the safest and most effective approach. **You may be eligible if:** - You are 18 years of age or older - You have a liver tumor (benign or cancerous) - Your surgical team has determined that the part of your liver that would remain after surgery is too small (less than 20–40% of total liver volume) - You are willing to provide informed consent **You may NOT be eligible if:** - You are pregnant or breastfeeding Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
