Summary
Adult patients consulting the gynecological emergency department of CHI Créteil during the inclusion period for endometriosis or symptoms suggestive of endometriosis
Eligibility
Sex: FEMALEMin Age: 18 Years
Inclusion Criteria5
- Adult patient (aged 18 or over)
- Patient consulting the gynecological emergency department at Créteil Hospital for
- Known endometriosis or
- Symptoms suggestive of endometriosis: dysmenorrhea, pelvic pain, cyclic dysuria, dyspareunia, cyclic dyschezia, infertility, rectal bleeding, chest pain, catamenial hematuria
- Patient who speaks French and is able to understand the information sheet
Exclusion Criteria6
- Minor or menopausal patient
- Pregnant and breastfeeding patient
- Other reason for consultation
- Patient refusal
- Patient not affiliated with a social security system
- Patient cannot be contacted for the 3-months questionnaire

DIAGNOSTIC_TESTEmergency care for endometriosis
Emergency care for endometriosis * Introduction of specific treatment for endometriosis * Scheduled or completed specialist consultation (gynecologist, surgeon, midwife, radiologist) * Pelvic imaging examination scheduled or completed since the gynecological emergency consultation
