DRUGDeep iliacus plane block

Patients will receive ultrasound-guided deep iliacus plane block (DIPB) using 25 mL of 0.25% bupivacaine.

DRUGQuadratus lumborum block

Patients will receive ultrasound-guided transmuscular quadratus lumborum block (QLB) using 25 mL of 0.25% bupivacaine.
