OTHERPresurgical Diagrammatic Illustration for Mandibular Third Molar Surgery

The handling surgeon will show the patient (in the study group) a diagrammatic illustration for surgical steps of mandibular third molar extraction. This diagrammatic illustration includes flap raising, bone guttering, coronal and radicular tooth sectioning, and flap closure.
