This study is investigating whether thyroid cancer (cancer of the butterfly-shaped gland in the neck) can run in families by collecting genetic information from patients and their relatives, aiming to identify inherited risk factors. **You may be eligible if...** - You are a child or adult patient with a current or previous diagnosis — or strong suspicion — of thyroid cancer or a thyroid nodule (lump in the thyroid) - You come from a family where thyroid cancer occurred in childhood, appeared in multiple family members, or is associated with a known genetic syndrome - Adult family members without thyroid cancer may also be eligible if the family pattern suggests hereditary risk **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You do not have thyroid cancer or nodules and your family history does not suggest a hereditary pattern - You are unwilling to participate in genetic testing or provide consent Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
