This study offers testicular tissue freezing (cryopreservation) to males of any age who are facing treatments that may permanently affect their ability to have children in the future, so that the tissue can potentially be used later for fertility. **You may be eligible if...** - You are male at any age - You are about to undergo surgery, chemotherapy, radiation, or another treatment that may permanently damage your testicular function or that requires removal of testicular tissue - You have a newly diagnosed or recurrent condition (if recurrent, you have not yet had treatment likely to cause permanent infertility) - You have two testicles if the reason for participation is purely elective fertility preservation **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have previously received therapy that is considered very likely to have already permanently eliminated testicular function - You are unwilling to consent to infectious disease screening tests (HIV, Hepatitis B and C) Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
