INdividualized Screening Trial of Innovative Glioblastoma Therapy (INSIGhT)

This study is testing personalized treatment strategies for glioblastoma (an aggressive type of brain tumor), where patients receive targeted therapies chosen based on specific features of their tumor after maximum surgical removal. **You may be eligible if...** - You have been diagnosed with glioblastoma or a related type of brain tumor (gliosarcoma), confirmed after surgery to remove as much of the tumor as possible - You may have had prior surgery but have not yet received chemotherapy or radiation - You are 18 years of age or older - Your overall health and ability to function is reasonably good (Karnofsky score of 60 or higher) - Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function are within acceptable ranges **You may NOT be eligible if...** - Your tumor is primarily in the lower part of the brain (infratentorial area) - You have already received chemotherapy or radiation for this tumor - You have another active cancer - You are pregnant or breastfeeding - You have significant other health conditions that could interfere with treatment Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
