Peritoneal Dialysis Registration System (PERSIST)

This study is building a registry (a large organized database) to collect information and track outcomes in patients who are on peritoneal dialysis — a type of home-based kidney replacement therapy where the lining of the abdomen is used to filter waste from the blood instead of a dialysis machine.
