A Pancreatic Cancer Screening Study in Hereditary High Risk Individuals

This study is offering regular screening (using MRI scans) to people at high hereditary risk for pancreatic cancer, in order to catch it as early as possible. **You may be eligible if...** - You have two or more first-degree relatives (parent, sibling, or child) with pancreatic cancer - OR you carry a known high-risk gene mutation (such as BRCA1, BRCA2, Lynch syndrome, ATM, PALB2, or CDKN2A) AND have at least one close relative with pancreatic cancer - You are at least 50 years old, or at least 10 years younger than the youngest relative diagnosed with pancreatic cancer - You are in good general health and able to undergo MRI scans **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have already been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer - You have had another cancer requiring chemotherapy within the last 5 years - You have hereditary pancreatitis - You have poor kidney function or a contraindication to MRI or contrast dye - You are pregnant or nursing Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
