This study is developing and testing a decision-support tool for people with medullary thyroid cancer (MTC), their family caregivers, and their doctors. The tool is designed to help patients think through complex decisions — such as when to start or stop medications, whether to join a clinical trial, or whether to stay on watchful waiting. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 or older - You are a patient with medullary thyroid carcinoma, a family caregiver of such a patient, or a healthcare provider who treats these patients - You are facing or have faced a treatment decision about MTC management - You can speak, read, and write English - Pregnant patients are included **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have documented significant cognitive or psychological impairment (such as severe mental illness, anxiety, or depression) that would prevent meaningful participation Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
