Registry of Subjects at Risk of Pancreatic Cancer

This registry is enrolling people who are at elevated genetic risk of developing pancreatic cancer — such as those with a strong family history or inherited gene mutations — and offering them surveillance with regular imaging to catch pancreatic cancer at an early, more treatable stage. **You may be eligible if...** - You have at least 2 family members who had pancreatic cancer, including at least one first-degree relative - You carry a known gene mutation (BRCA1, BRCA2, PALB2, p16, or Lynch syndrome genes) AND have a relative with pancreatic cancer - You have a hereditary condition like Peutz-Jeghers syndrome, FAMMM syndrome, or hereditary pancreatitis related to certain gene variants **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You are pregnant Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
