Pregnancy Cohort in Multiple Sclerosis (MS)

This study follows pregnant women with multiple sclerosis (MS) or a first episode suggestive of MS (called clinically isolated syndrome) to better understand how pregnancy affects the disease. Researchers will track symptoms, MRI scans, and baby outcomes over time. **You may be eligible if...** - You are over 18 years old - You have a diagnosis of multiple sclerosis or clinically isolated syndrome - You are pregnant or planning to become pregnant - You are willing to provide informed consent **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have other significant health conditions that could interfere with the study - You cannot have an MRI (e.g., you have a pacemaker, metal implants, or are allergic to gadolinium contrast dye) - You have a history of alcohol or drug misuse Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
