Radiotherapy in Combination With Atezolizumab in Locally Advanced Borderline Resectable or Unresectable Cutaneous SCC

This study is testing whether combining radiation therapy with an immunotherapy drug called atezolizumab can help treat advanced skin cancer (cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma) that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread to a small number of other sites in the body. **You may be eligible if...** - You have been diagnosed with locally advanced or unresectable cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (skin cancer) or it has spread to 1–3 other sites - Your tumors are large enough to be measured on scans - You are 18 or older and in reasonably good physical condition - Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function are within acceptable ranges - Your body weight is more than 30 kg **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have an active autoimmune disease that requires treatment - You have previously received certain immunotherapy drugs (anti-PD-L1, anti-PD-1) - You are pregnant or breastfeeding - You have severe liver disease or active viral hepatitis - You have active tuberculosis or other serious infections Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
