Quality of Life and Life Satisfaction in Pediatric and Adolescent Gymnasts Through Injury

This study looks at how gymnastics injuries affect the quality of life and overall life satisfaction of young gymnasts aged 8 to 18. When young athletes get hurt, it can impact not just their physical health but also their emotional wellbeing, school performance, and social life. Researchers at Children's Hospital Colorado want to better understand these effects so they can provide more complete care. You may be eligible if... - You are a male or female gymnast between 8 and 18 years old - You participate in Excel or Developmental gymnastics programs - You are being seen at Children's Hospital Colorado sports medicine or orthopedic clinics for a musculoskeletal injury You may NOT be eligible if... - You only participate in recreational (CARA) gymnastics - You are a retired, adult, or collegiate gymnast - You are pregnant - You are currently incarcerated Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
