Comparison of Changes in the Quality of Life of Patients Operated on Breast Cancer at the Drôme Ardèche Breast Institute According to Access to Supportive Oncological Care (IDSein)

This French study is comparing how the quality of life of women who have had breast cancer surgery differs depending on whether they receive access to supportive oncology care — such as psychological support, physiotherapy, nutritional advice, and social support. The goal is to understand whether these additional services actually improve wellbeing and recovery after surgery. **You may be eligible if...** - You are a woman with histologically confirmed invasive breast cancer who is scheduled for surgery - You are 18 or older with a performance status that allows you to function day-to-day - You speak and read French and can complete questionnaires - You are covered by French social security **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You are male - You have metastatic (stage IV) breast cancer - You have bilateral breast cancer (in both breasts) - You have had another cancer diagnosis within the past 5 years - You are pregnant or breastfeeding - You have an active serious infection or progressive psychiatric illness Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
