Evaluating and Establishing the Relationship in the Five Critical X-ray Time Points in Spinal Deformity Realignment

This study is evaluating X-ray measurements taken at five key time points during spine surgery for adult spinal deformity — before, during, and after the procedure. Spinal deformity such as scoliosis or kyphosis can cause significant pain and disability. Better understanding of how spinal alignment changes at each surgical step may help surgeons achieve better outcomes with fewer complications. You may be eligible if: - You are between 18 and 80 years old - You are a candidate for posterior-only spinal deformity correction surgery - Your surgery requires correction of 3 or more spinal levels - You have decision-making capacity to consent to the study - Both primary surgeries and revision (repeat) surgeries are eligible You may NOT be eligible if: - You do not meet candidacy criteria for posterior spine surgery Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
