This study is testing whether a special ultrasound technique using contrast dye (contrast-enhanced ultrasound, or CEUS) can accurately determine whether bladder cancer has grown into the muscle — which is critical for deciding the right treatment. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 or older - You have a confirmed diagnosis of primary bladder cancer - You have not yet received any surgery, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or other treatment for this bladder cancer **You may NOT be eligible if...** - Your diagnosis of bladder cancer has been ruled out - You have had prior bladder surgery, pelvic treatment, or any therapy for bladder cancer - Your bladder cancer is a recurrence (not a new first diagnosis) Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
