Remote Dynamic Cycling for the Customized Off-site Rehab in Parkinson's Disease

This trial tests a remote cycling exercise program for people with Parkinson's disease. Instead of going to a clinic, participants use a stationary bike at home. The goal is to see if this personalized off-site rehab can improve movement and quality of life. **You may be eligible if...** - You have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease using standard criteria - Your Parkinson's symptoms are in an early-to-moderate stage (Hoehn & Yahr I–III when off medication) - Your medication has been stable for at least 6 months - You can give informed consent **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have significant memory or thinking problems (low cognitive test score) - You have significant depression or anxiety - You have a history of stroke, birth brain injury, or an atypical form of Parkinsonism - You have untreated heart disease or chest pain symptoms Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
