National Registry and Cohort Study of Pulmonary Vascular Disease

This is a national registry and observational study that is tracking patients with pulmonary hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs) over time. Researchers are collecting data to better understand who gets this disease, how it progresses, and how different treatments affect outcomes. **You may be eligible if...** - You have been diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension (PH), either recently or in the past - Your diagnosis has been confirmed by a test called right heart catheterization, showing elevated pressure in the lung arteries (mean pressure above 20 mmHg) **You may NOT be eligible if...** - Your pulmonary hypertension has not been confirmed by right heart catheterization - Your blood pressure measurements from the catheterization do not meet the required criteria Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
