Summary

The investigators hypothesize that the combined use of CADe system (ENDOAID) and mucosal exposure device (Endocuff Vision®) would improve the adenoma detection rate when compared to CADe system alone.

This trial tests whether combining AI-assisted colonoscopy with a special device that improves colon visibility helps doctors detect more colon polyps and cancer compared to standard colonoscopy. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 45–85 years old - You are having a colonoscopy for cancer screening, polyp follow-up, or symptoms like anemia or changes in bowel habits - You have provided written informed consent **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have a reason you cannot safely have a colonoscopy (e.g., bowel obstruction) - You are on blood thinners or have active bleeding that prevents polyp removal - You have a history of colorectal cancer, familial polyposis, or inflammatory bowel disease - You have had prior colon surgery - You have advanced medical conditions (ASA grade 4 or above) - You are pregnant Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.

Interventions

DEVICEENDOCUFF

ENDOCUFF mucousal exposure device will be used during withdrawal process of the colonoscopy.
