Artificial Intelligence System for Assessment of Tumor Risk and Diagnosis and Treatment

This study is building and testing an artificial intelligence (AI) system that uses medical scans, lab results, and health records to help diagnose and assess the risk of lung, stomach, and colorectal cancers more accurately. **You may be eligible if:** - You are suspected of having lung cancer, stomach cancer, or colorectal cancer — or have suspicious imaging findings - You have detailed medical records including imaging, pathology, and clinical data - You are a healthy person with no suspected cancer (controls are also enrolled) - You have signed informed consent **You may NOT be eligible if:** - Your key medical records (clinical data, imaging) are missing or incomplete - You were lost to follow-up in your medical records - Your medical images are too poor in quality for analysis Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
