CT-guided Localization for Micro Hepatocellular Carcinoma Before Surgical Resection

This study is testing a CT-guided method to locate and mark very small liver tumors (less than 1 cm) before surgery, so surgeons can find and remove them precisely. These tiny cancers are often invisible on regular ultrasound scans, making them hard to locate during an operation. **You may be eligible if:** - You are at least 18 years old - You have a very small liver cancer (less than 1 cm) that cannot be seen on standard ultrasound - You have liver cirrhosis (scarring of the liver) from any cause - The small tumor can be detected on a special contrast CT or MRI scan **You may NOT be eligible if:** - Your liver function is severely impaired (Child-Pugh grade C) - You have uncontrolled high blood pressure - You have severe lung or heart disease Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
