A Clinical Study of CD70-targeted CAR-T in the Treatment of CD70-positive Advanced/Metastatic Solid Tumors

This study is testing a new type of immunotherapy called CAR-T cell therapy that specifically targets a protein called CD70 found on certain cancer cells. It is for patients with advanced solid tumors that express this protein and have run out of standard treatment options. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 years or older - You have an advanced or metastatic solid tumor that tests positive for the CD70 protein - Your cancer has not responded to or you cannot tolerate standard treatments - You have at least one measurable tumor on imaging - Your overall health is reasonably good (ECOG score 0–2) - Your heart, kidneys, liver, and blood counts are within acceptable ranges - Your expected survival is more than 12 weeks **You may NOT be eligible if...** - Your tumor does not express the CD70 protein - You have severe mental health conditions - Your heart function (ejection fraction) is below 50% - You have significant liver, kidney, or bone marrow problems Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
