Understanding the genetics of these tumors may help researchers develop more personalized therapies. **You may be eligible if...** - You are a woman aged 18 or older - You have a confirmed diagnosis of epithelial ovarian cancer (including high-grade serous, endometrioid, mucinous, clear cell, or other types) - You have either signed a consent form for prospective collection, or your tissue is available under an ethically approved waiver for retrospective samples **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You refuse to provide or authorize use of your tissue sample - Your tumor is a low-grade or non-epithelial ovarian tumor - Your clinical or pathological records are insufficient for inclusion Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
