This study is investigating how Parkinson's disease (PD) affects Chinese and Vietnamese American communities, looking at differences in diagnosis, treatment, and healthcare access. It combines a chart review with interviews of patients, caregivers, and clinicians. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 or older - You are of Chinese or Vietnamese ethnicity - You have a diagnosis of Parkinson's disease, OR you are a primary caregiver (spouse or first-degree family member) of an Asian American PD patient, OR you are a clinician who treats PD patients, OR you are a community advocate working with the Asian elderly population - For interview participants: you can participate by phone or Zoom and provide informed consent **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You do not fall into one of the above categories - For chart review: your medical records are not from the Tufts Medical Center Movement Disorders Clinic (2010–2019) Talk to your doctor or a study coordinator to see if this study is right for you.
