Integrated e-Health (Electronic Health) for HIV and Substance Use Disorders in Justice Involved Women

This study is testing a digital health program to help women who have been involved in the criminal justice system and have opioid use disorder get connected to HIV prevention medication (called PrEP) and substance use treatment. The program is delivered through phone or app-based tools. **You may be eligible if...** - You are a cisgender woman - You have a history of involvement in the criminal justice system (e.g., probation, parole, release from jail or prison) - You have tested HIV-negative recently - You meet clinical criteria for PrEP (HIV prevention medication) - You have opioid use disorder - You have access to a working phone **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You are already taking PrEP at the time of enrollment - You are pregnant or breastfeeding - You are not comfortable communicating in English or Spanish - You are unable or unwilling to provide informed consent Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
