Efficacy of Preconditioned Adipose-Derived Stem Cells in Fat Grafting

This study tests whether fat grafting (transferring fat from one part of the body to another for cosmetic or reconstructive purposes) works better when the transferred fat cells are enriched with specially preconditioned stem cells. Researchers hope this approach will improve how well the grafted fat survives and looks long-term. You may be eligible if: - You are between 18 and 50 years old - Your BMI is between 20 and 30 kg/m² - You are a suitable candidate for liposuction based on expected cosmetic results - You have provided signed informed consent You may NOT be eligible if: - You have a systemic disorder such as an autoimmune disease, bleeding disorder, bone marrow condition, cancer, or active infection - You have a local skin condition such as acne or active skin infection at the treatment area - You are a smoker - You have uncontrolled diabetes or hypertension - You have an allergy to general anaesthesia medications Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
