DREAM: Double Lung Transplant REgistry Aimed for Lung-limited Malignancies

This registry study collects information on patients who receive a double lung transplant for lung-only cancers (such as certain types of lung cancer or mesothelioma). The goal is to track long-term outcomes and understand whether this aggressive but potentially curative treatment strategy can be offered more broadly. **You may be eligible if...** - You are an adult (up to age 80) - You are undergoing a double lung transplant at a participating clinical program - Your cancer is limited to the lungs (no disease outside the chest) - Standard treatments have been exhausted or are not available - You are in good enough health to tolerate a major transplant surgery **You may NOT be eligible if...** - Your cancer has spread outside the lungs - You are not medically fit for the transplant procedure - You have not exhausted standard treatment options - You are unwilling to participate in the registry Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
