Summary
To find a recommended dose of valemetostat that can be given in combination with rituximab and lenalidomide to patients with follicular lymphoma. The safety and effects of this drug combination will also be studied

**You may be eligible if...**
- You are 18 or older
- You have been diagnosed with follicular lymphoma (grades 1–3A), confirmed by biopsy
- Your lymphoma came back or stopped responding after at least one prior treatment

- You are physically well enough to participate (low to moderate functional impairment)
- Your kidneys, liver, and bone marrow are working adequately
**You may NOT be eligible if...**
- You have never received prior treatment for your follicular lymphoma
- You have active brain involvement from lymphoma
- Your kidney function is too low (creatinine clearance below 30 mL/min in Phase 2)
- You are pregnant or unwilling to use contraception
- You have had an organ transplant or certain other prior treatments
