A Phase 1/2, Open-label Study of Valemetostat in Combination With Rituximab and Lenalidomide in Relapsed or Refractory Follicular Lymphoma

This study tests a combination of three drugs — valemetostat, rituximab, and lenalidomide — for people with a type of slow-growing blood cancer called follicular lymphoma that has come back or stopped responding to previous treatment. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 or older - You have been diagnosed with follicular lymphoma (grades 1–3A), confirmed by biopsy - Your lymphoma came back or stopped responding after at least one prior treatment - Your lymphoma shows measurable disease on imaging (at least one mass 2 cm or larger) - You are physically well enough to participate (low to moderate functional impairment) - Your kidneys, liver, and bone marrow are working adequately **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have never received prior treatment for your follicular lymphoma - You have active brain involvement from lymphoma - Your kidney function is too low (creatinine clearance below 30 mL/min in Phase 2) - You are pregnant or unwilling to use contraception - You have had an organ transplant or certain other prior treatments Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
